This template was designed for a limited run of single fins that Rich Pavel was building.  Chuck was inspired by the design and decided to hand foil up a few extra fins for the public.  This template is moderately upright with enough rake to keep the board smooth through turns.  The wide base provides plenty of drive off the bottom and hold in critical sections of the wave.
